Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed. All confirmed orders will be shipped via USPS.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason please contact us at theblackbottlecompany@gmail.com. Items must be unused and in original packaging. If the 14 day period has passed, unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued.
If items are damaged upon arrival please reach out to us at theblackbottlecompany@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged product as well as the order number and we will be glad to assist you!
*Please note, shipping cost will not be refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations
Because we try to process orders as soon as they are received The Black Bottle Company is unable to process cancellations. Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations can not be made. Please double check that all information entered is correct.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Black Bottle Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, The Black Bottle Company will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
